Returns & Refunds Policy

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At BioFrost, your satisfaction is our priority. We’re committed to delivering the best recovery experience with every product. To ensure hygiene and safety, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products, unless there is a quality issue.

Return & Exchange Policy
•    Opened, used, or damaged products post-delivery cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are not reusable.
•    BioFrost is not liable for any damage caused after delivery.
•    If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery at marketing@biofrost.in. Requests received after 24 hours will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund consideration. We’ll be happy to assist you.
•    Products eligible for exchange must be returned in:
o    Original packaging
o    Unopened, unused, and undamaged condition
o    With original tags and invoice
Note:
All return/exchange requests are subject to verification by the BioFrost team.
Products damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or incorrect application are not covered under this policy.
Shipping charges paid by customer are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return/refund is approved, we aim to complete the process within 7–21 business days.
•    Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallets): Refunds are initiated within 4–10 business days and may take up to 21 business days to reflect depending on bank/payment provider. 
•    Products delivered in physically damaged condition may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided you inform us within 24 hours of delivery at marketing@biofrost.in 

Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order before it ships, please contact us at marketing@biofrost.in as soon as possible.
